I met Carless back in 2010, my weight was close to 200 pounds, size 16 pants, I was also always feeling sick and was diagnosed with depression. At the time the only solution prescribed by doctors was anti-depressants. I was depressed because I was heavy and I was heavy because I was only taking anti-depressants and not doing anything about it. That's when I decided to make a change and throw the pills to the garbage and invest in myself by hiring a professional personal trainer.
Ever since not only did he help me drop my weight but also lose a lot of inches. He has helped me through depression, has made special training sessions for me while I was injured, and
helped me recover and regain my health after having cervical cancer. It's been 6 years since I decided to make a change and invest in my health and it has paid off.

In 2014, I had some health issues that prompted me to seek medical attention. It was then that I found out that I have two leaks in my heart (one which the cardiologist said was severe). If anyone has had a similar experience, then you know the feeling of that slap in the face. Since my teen years, I’ve always been a gym rat. Regardless of how big my muscles were or how low on body fat I got, the reality is, I truly wasn’t “healthy”. The heart needs to be exercised just like the rest of the muscles in the body and that’s exactly what I needed to do, is keep my heart strong and healthy. This revelation is what rekindled my desire to work out, but more so to be healthy and to make sure I am around to watch my children grow up. I was burned out on the typical gym routine of standard weightlifting exercises and countless hours on the treadmill. I needed something different, something that not only was better for my heart and my overall conditioning, but something that also kept my interest level high and provided results.
I have known Carless Queen for many years, but we never chatted much and would just give each other the familiar nod from time to time when we crossed paths in the gym. In my search for the path to getting healthier and overall just feeling better, I discovered that the solution was right in front of my face for a long time. Carless is a humble man and doesn’t brag about his knowledge and proficiency in the health and fitness world, but one day I made the call that would literally change my life. When I started training with Carless, I was burned out on the gym, had more body fat than I care to admit and probably more fat in my arteries than I dare to think about. With his guidance, I have since dropped much of that visible body fat and I can honestly say I feel better than I ever have. No longer huffing and puffing doing simple daily tasks like going up a flight of stairs. In fact, since training with Carless, I have completed two Trifectas in the Spartan Races. Trifectas are comprised of completing all 3 distances of the Spartan Race in a calendar year. The Sprint (3+ miles), the Super (8+ miles) and the Beast (13+ miles)…and I’ve done that twice!
I never could have finished the Sprint when I first started and now I feel like I can do anything I set my mind to. I sincerely hope Carless sticks around for a long to come as he truly stands apart from the stereotypical trainer. Carless provides all the tools for a person to get leaner, healthier and feel great about themselves. He has what it takes to give you the results you want. Take advantage of having him in your corner. The only thing holding you back…is you.
